Azizi Riviera Phase 1 is the first phase of the development of Azizi Riviera, a new large-scale residential area located in the center of Mohammed Bin Rashid City.

The project is located in the Meydan area, in close proximity to the hippodrome and the golf course. As of March 2022, 95% of the first phase of construction has been completed.
